Recent Alumni Party at The Paris Club

The Paris ClubL&Q and the Recent Alumni Group held their first party of the year: a reception at The Paris Club, October 19, 2011, and the good crowd on hand showed a healthy degree of DePaul enthusiasm and Blue Demon spirit. Hosted by L&Q Executive Committee member and Recent Alumni Group chair Kevin Almady , the event brought together recent alums, faculty, and L&Q officers for drinks, some networking, some reminiscing, a lot of good times, and the promised brief (three minute) commercial for membership in Ledger & Quill, the alumni support group of the School of Accountancy. (“Never too many networks,” recommended an attendee from the Class of ’11.) Attending the event, in addition to many recent alums, were L&Q President Jim Robbs (Sassetti LLC), School Director Kevin Stevens, members of the L&Q Executive Committee and Board, and members of the school’s faculty.
